A Mixed Levels Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa with Aria emphasizes breath, alignment and core strength, the keys to building a healthy foundation for a lifelong yoga practice. Depending on the class size and needs, we may take it easy and move a little, but focus more on stretching and breathing, releasing tension from our shoulders, neck, hips and upper spine. Or, we may dive into a sweaty practice through the art of an alignment-based vinyasa flow. I have helped beginners, intermediate and advanced students refine their inversions, which are great for the immune system and help rid our bodies and minds of fear; increase their confidence by having fun with arm balances; and learn to love backbends for their deeply healing qualities. Options to up-level or down-level your practice are always included.
